I live a few miles away on another ranch (you can see my place from the highest point on this land), so I have a vested interest in making sure the area remains open and free, the kind of place in which I love to live. I'm NOT interested in selling this land to developers, speculators or anyone who plans to split it up into smaller parcels, even though I could make more money by doing so. I really want a buyer who plans to live there in an environmentally-conscious way, someone who loves and respects the land.
